    Do read Interpretor of Maladies .. its one of its kind .. and lot of bengali stuff :) .. watch out for the short story called ‘This Blessed House’ . Another book by the same author — The Namesake (kinda did not live upto expectations)

    Hmmm… Good idea :) Thanks Viv! I did see the book briefly once … seemed interesting. …just happened to get a Crossword gift voucher from office on my b’day the other day… think I might buy this :mrgreen:

    Was re-reading Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, man I just lloove that book :)

    Hey Vivs… any good funny books you recommend? (I still haven’t read a complete PG Wodehouse yet!)

    yes , its difficult to read a complete wodehouse ..it can get tedious .. though i think that a TV series would be a brilliant idea ..

    good funny books .. .hullabaloo in the guava orchard — kiran desai .. ( you might or might not like it — its kinda wierd :) .. youll find it at crossword ..

    Don Quixote :) ( havnt read it myself .. but have heard its funny )

    You might like this — “Just For Fun” — Linus Trovalds .. not a great book .. but guess all linux fans have to read it :) ..
